La casa è circondata da un ampio e curato prato con splendide piante ornamentali, dotata di piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. La zona solarium a bordo piscina è dotata di sdraio, tavolo con sedie, gazebo e barbecue. L’ampia veranda, annessa alla casa, comprende una zona relax con salotto e calcio balilla, nonchè una comoda zona pranzo. Nella zona prato è presente un pergolato con tavolo e sedie dove potersi rinfrescare con un drink. E’ inoltre presente ampio spazio per parcheggio auto e gioco bambini.
Gli Ambienti Interni
Il nostro appartamento di 70mq si compone di un ampio soggiorno e di una cucina dotata di tutte le forniture. Dal corridoio è possibile accedere alle tre camere da letto, suddivise in una camera singola, una camera doppia con letti singoli e una camera matrimoniale, adatte per un massimo di 5 posti letto. All’occorrenza potrebbe essere utilizzato il divano letto nel soggiorno. Ogni camera è confortevole, luminosa e ben areata, ognuna con propria pompa di calore per la climatizzazione estiva e invernale degli ambienti. Sono inoltre presenti due bagni. Gli spazi interni sono adatti sia per famiglie con bambini che per anziani. In tutti gli ambienti è disponibile il servizio wifi.

Villa with an outstanding garden and swiming area. The view and surrounding are incridible. Salvatore is also a really nice owner, always ready to help. On the other hand, outside the summer (for us, it was late october), the house is very dark and sad, and the furnishing (bed, cupboard...) not at the level of the outside. There is also no dishwasher and it is difficult to get some hot water for more than one shower (difficult when you have childs). Except that, our stay was perfect in this fantastic country.

This was a lovely place in an amazing part of the Island. The villa is unique, spacious and totally functional with a beautiful garden well maintained. The welcome was fantastic! Salvatore is a generous and thoughtful host, very friendly, always available. On arrival, we have found in the fridge a bottle of Prosecco, some bottles of white wines and all the immediate necessity for the breakfast. Salvatore has also a large kitchen garden and he left to our disposal a lot a tomatoes, grapes, pear and peach... We have much appreciated his own Olive oil! The Villa was exactly as described and very well located between the famous city of Castelmare del Golfo and Terassini (a charming fishing port). Salvatore also showed us the surrounding area (beaches, restaurants, and supermarket) and makes discovered the Sicilian way of life. It was just perfect; we have had a wonderful week in this beautiful Villa thanks to our host. We would definitely come back again!!!

Le logement était parfaitement décrit et il bien plus beau encore lorsqu'on y est. Salvatore nous à fait un accueil très chaleureux et très attentionné. Régulièrement il s'est assuré que nous manquions de rien et nous a présenté la région. Nous y avons passé 8 nuits avec mon épouse et notre fille de 12 ans. Nous louons régulièrement des logements de vacances mais celui-ci est, sur tous les points, bien supérieur à tout ce qu'on connu.

Villa molto curata in ogni dettaglio. La piscina è davvero un plus notevole e adatta a tutti. Ogni confort è garantito dal bb al calcio balilla. L'interno e l'esterno è pulitissimo e mantenuto con ogni cura. Consigliatissima sotto ogni aspetto inoltre il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile fornendo supporto ogni giorno nella cura della villa.

To give feedback in one word I would have to say our stay at Salvatore's beautiful house was PERFECT. Salvatore is the nicest host you could imagine. Starting from picking us up from the airport, helping us with the rental car over showing us around and bringing a wonderful sicilian treat every day, Salvatore did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location of the house is just perfect for beach and exploration activities nearby. The house itself is beautiful and the view is stunning. No need to say that it is perfectly taken care of and in case of any problems Salvatore takes care of them right away. We can only thank Salvatore for allowing us to have this amazing time at his house and wish him all the best. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Best place in Sicilly - best host ever!!! That in short would be my feedback. We have done AirBNB a few times before, but Salvatore was by far the best host you could possibly imagine. The house and especially the beautiful garden with the huge pool are perfect and in reality even nicer than shown in the pictures here. The garden is kept very well, you can tell from the look that a lot of care has gone into it. The pool is huge and in perfect condition. The terrace is equipped with enough lounge chairs for a larger group of people, in addition there is a beautiful small pavilion by the pool and another one in the garden. From the terrace one has a beutiful view over the sea and coastline. But what really made our stay so special was Salvatore himself - he was the best host I could possibly imagine, it truely felt like staying with a close friend: From picking us up at the airport, making sure everything worked smoothly with our rental to dropping by in the mornings and bringing little italian treats and checking in with us Salvatore was always making sure we got the best out of our stay without being too close at the same time. Moreover he gave us a brief tour through the nearby villages, oranized a wine tasting and a museum visit for us and provided us with a lot of hints what to do and where to go. Thanks to Salvatore we had the perfect holiday and made a lot of great and unique memories - I could not recommend this place more!!!
